Here is a collectable Marvel, X-Men, Special Anniversary comic book, Issue #45 from 1995. The quality is Fine. Please review the photos (sorry about the glare - the comic is bagged already).

The comes comes nicely packaged in a clear bag with a comic-book cardstock board.
